Daytime Only - Friendsgiving on the Ranch
Join us for the final Venture Out trip of 2025 - returning to the Ranch in Big Bear: Friday November 7th to Sunday November 9th! It is a time for relaxation, reflection, and giving thanks to this amazing community we have built together.
IMPORTANT: this ticket provides you access to the Ranch and the trip during daytime hours (no lodging included), the Friendsgiving evening meal, and participation in this group trip only. All other expenses, including but not limited to: lodging, food (with the exception of the Friendsgiving evening meal), any organized group events or activities, and transportation - including gas, personal vehicle wear and tear, vehicle rental, etc. - are each individual participant's personal financial responsibility. Also NOTE that your Daytime Only ticket is subject to all the rules associated with transferring a regular ticket, including late penalties after Oct 13th.
Please read this linked Policies & Rules document in its entirety, as it covers every policy of the Friendsgiving trip. A selection of trip policy highlights:
There are no at-will refunds: once the 24 hour cancellation window has elapsed, a guest ticket can only be transferred per the transfer policy.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to, from, and within Big Bear during the trip. While there is ample parking at the Ranch, parking spot preference will be given to larger carpools and those who are staying on the Ranch. For example: a car with 3 people staying on the Ranch will be given priority parking over a car with 2 people who are coming for the day only.
